Window doesn't go down, much.
1996 Accord LX 4-door
One day, around 2 months ago, I put my window down, lately it had been going down slower and slower. This time it went painstakingly slow, and when I brought it up it went even slower. I tried to put it down again, and now it only goes down about 4 inches, and then you hear a slight crunch sound and the window stops. Do I need a new window regulator or are my rails just not lubricated anymore? help!

It is likely the window regulator was overloaded by window drag and damaged a small plastic cable turning sheave on the regulator. It can't be repaired.
Regulator replacement is pretty easy, but get info from DIY forum to guide door panel removal and window regulator removal. Also check ericthecarguy videos on youtube for this repair.
You need to clean or possibly replace the rubber window run channel. It is dirty and may be hardened, leading to window drag that likely damaged the regulator.
good luck
