Default Window and Door lock help - just replaced driver door actuator

I would like to say thank you to the group here, I had a problem with my driver's side door lock actuator and I found some great threads that gave me the confidence to tackle the job myself.

However, about 2 weeks after replacing the actuator, I'm now experiencing some weird issues. Here's the symptoms:

- Doors lock/unlock with the remote key
- The controls on the driver's side and passenger side don't lock/unlock or operate windows up/down
- When I lock the car using the remote key, it does not beep the horn. It did do this after I replaced the actuator then stopped.
- Everything worked great for about 2 weeks after replacing the lock actuator.

I have a 2011 Accord LX-P with the 4 cylinder that I purchased new. The dealership replaced the passenger side rear door actuator (which cost a fortune and prompted me to do the driver door myself) about a year ago.

Thank you for the help!
-Joe

Just to be clear, the issue is the controls on the doors don't operate. The windows won't go up or down and won't operate the door locks.

Maybe a fuse blew. Check the fuse.

Maybe a connector came loose? Check the work that you did 2 weeks ago and see if anything is out of place.

When I say connector, it is a major artery of wires that also controls all the other doors, windows, etc... My guess is the main connector that goes to your switches on the driver door came loose or not quite plugged in enough and slightly backed out.

It was the connector, it needed to be snapped back in. Problem solved, thanks so much!!
