Default Window Motor: New/Aftermarket/or Junkyard?

Hi, I just tested my passenger side rear window motor (99EX-4Dr). Its no good.

I'm thinking now where should I lookout for replacement (brand new, refurbished or visit nearby junk yard. In terms of risk vs. value).

By the way, I haven't done this before. Should I have to (or would it be significantly easier) replace the regulator along with it?

to save money get it from the junk yard. just test it in the yard so you know you are buying a currently good part.

to ensure it's perfectin everyway get a new honda motor.

to geta new one that may not fit perfectly or last as long, go aftermarket.

the regulator and motor has to be removed to do the motor, so it isn't really any easier to do them both.

You can also pick one up from AutoZone with a Lifetime Warranty..iv'e been using their parts for over 14 years and with no problems..prices are right...
