That EPC is what Honda gives to their dealers parts departments. Back in the day that stuff was on microfiche at the parts counter.

"Front Windshield Wiper" is the category
There's other main-order places, some put those drawings on their website, some dont. Unless you're ordering expensive stuff, it can be cheaper to walk into your dealer.
