Windshield Wipers Not Working

I took a look at that and I followed those procedures the second time installing it. Still no luck.

Nope does not work at all. The same symptoms as the first.

My apologies! I had not connected the cable to the motor completely! The wipers are working perfectly fine. Thank you so much for your help!
