Windshielder Washer Reservoir Leaks
RE: my 2000 Accord Ex-L sedan ( 4 cyl )
When I pour washer fluid into the reservoir it immediately drains out onto the ground. Is there any way to access the underside of the reservoir and it's tubing without dismantling the front bumper, etc. ?
Thanks much for any advice.

Behind the fender liner, you have to turn the wheels all the way in one direction.
I see a lot of them crack during freezing weather, and when the fluid has been mixed with too much water.
Hopefully yours isn't cracked.
hondaautomotiveparts.com will have the parts breakdowns to show the attachment points of the fender liner.
