Default Windwhield Washer

I have a 2012 Honda Accord and when I tried to use the windshield washer, the the passenger side nozzle worked fine but the driver's side didn't spray at all. The car only has 1500 miles, but the outside temperature was 28 degrees. When I tried it a little later it was working again.

Is it possible that the washer fluid that came with the car froze in the line? I thought that even summer washer fluid was good to at least 20 degrees.

Thanks for your help.

Maybe some clear water got into the nozzle during car-washing, then it froze??

Nozzles can get colder than the air temperature because of the wind blowing (from the car's motion) and evaporation of the liquid.
