Default Wiper fluid leak, how/where to access lines

My driver side wiper fluid doesn't squirt any fluid, but the passenger side works fine. When I squirt fluid there is fluid leaking and dripping out the bottom of the car. Obviously the driver-side tube is disconnected or broken somewhere along the line, but I can't find the lines. I jacked up the car last night and looked all over, but its buried inside the area between the engine and the dashboard. I looked in the repair manual but it doesn't even mention the windshield fluid lines or mechanism. I don't want to start pulling the car apart to trace this.

When sitting level the fluid leaks out from the passenger side wheel well on the rear-end side. But when I jacked up this side of the car it leaked out all the way on the other side (driver side) near the door jam. I don't see these lines anywhere.

Can someone tell me where I should start and how to take apart that part of the car?

Thanks.

What repair manual did you look in? The Helm book should have all kinds of detail about that.
The hoses are under the front cowling (under the windshield wipers).

This parts drawing doesn't really help much to show HOW to dismantle it...
