windshield wiper fluid not working

windshield wiper fluid not working
I need to isolate why my windshield wiper fluid isn't spraying out the nozzles. When I pull the lever back I don't hear a motor engage, I don't suspect the nozzles are clogged or the tubing in the hood is bent. I took off my bumper and I see the pump. Doesn't seem easy to replace at first glance.

Need model year, trim of your Accord.
Wiper motors are prone to fail w/ age and require replacement. You can confirm wiper motor is at fault by checking for battery voltage to wiper motor when wipers are commanded.
good luck

Can you remove the "outlet" hose from the washer pump and blow through it? Still won't tell if there is a "break" in the hose but should confirm there is no blockage.
Also with the hose off, turn the washer on and be sure you get spray from the pump.
As TX said, from here we are going to need a bit more information.
