I have a 2005 accord ex the wipers wont turn off. I have replaced the wiper motor, the wiper switch and checked all fuses, (there is no wiper relay.) I have also disconnected the battery and jumped the wires to reset the icu, changed a faulty alternator and checked the grounds, and after all this the wipers are still running. The only way they turn off is when the car is off. I had this problem for over 6 months now, can anyone help?

What speed are the wipers running?
