Default WONT PASS ECHECK!!!! Help!!!!

okay so im down to the last 3 weeks of my temp tag and CANT NOT pass echeck,i got a 95 accord with the f22b1 2.2 v-tec, MT and 170,xxx miles. all the elements are pretty high, the HC(200 over), CO(.05 over) and NO(2000 over) are waay to high. i dont have a engine light on (got it off with a air charge sensor+ O2 sensor). the idle does have large drops at all times but is worse when the engine is cold. drops of 500+ rpm, i was told i should clean out my idle air control valve and my egr... i dont know or dont think i have a catilytic on it either.... so please, anything can hel[p me in this stage..

Thank you!!!

You don't think it has a catalytic converter?!? You might want to consider getting one... Also, see if there are any stored codes.

There are some tricks to get the numbers down a little, but they aren't going to do much if there is an underlying problem.

Do an oil change...
Take a long drive at high speed...
Maybe run some seafoam...
