I just bought a used Accord. Having which over my XM subscription to the car, I am having problems tuning in the channels. All I get is the preprogamed channels from the original owner. I have followed the manual but no luck. Scan, tune or seek the only 4 channels show. Can anyone help me with this problem. Oh, all the other radio functions work for AM, and FM.. How do I get the xm channels.[&:]

First, I would try disconnecting the negative battery cable to erase the radio memory (presets, etc.). Make sure you have the radio theft code before you do this!

Second, if that doesn't work I would contact XM about your account and verify the vehicle information is correct in their system.

Third, call Honda and ask them why their radio doesn't work right! Or the place you bought the car from, there's no reason the radio doesn't function correctly.
