03 slow! want to change that a bit. Please help.

It helps once you get a turbo...gets the optimal fuel/air mixture ratio right.
Still would like to know what capasity injector I have (stock) and what I should use (performance)

My car has a grinding noise and shake a little bit after 5 sec from ignition in cold start.
