Hey, everyone I'm new here and new with cars my 98 Honda accord has 183k on the engine I love driving and I want to get a little more go out of my ride. I use it to get to school so I don't wanna push it to much. Will adding CAI, headers, and exhaust system stress my engine?

 

I wouldn't say it will stress it, if anything it will lighten the load a bit. Its the driving that usually goes along with the mods that will stress it.

 

Those would be fine, as long as you know how to take it easy most of the time and don't constantly drive like a high schooler
