Default 2000 Honda Accord V6 (The "dual" exhaust") Cat-Backs?

I'm interested in a Cat-back exhaust system for a 2000 Honda Accord, 3.0 V6. It has the "dual" outlet exhaust... I want it to breath better, and sound better. I want to retain the 1in 2 out system... No ricer sound please.

Most times a ricer car is going to have a ricer style sound, it's hard getting away without that sound. Ive heard a couple of Accords in my area with exhausts from OBX and they sounded pretty deep sounding...

Get w/e exhaust you duel exhaust...it's mostly about the muffler that's going to change your sound. If you want a deep sound get a flow master 60series import muffler. Has a nice deep tone and doesn’t sound like a ricer. If you can't find cat backs offline your best bet will be to go to a local exhaust shop and have them make it how you want. Then add the muffler of choice.

I have a Yonaka dual cat-back exhaust w/ 3" cans... check out my album, there's pics... it's very very deep sounding, i haven't heard another rice paddy like it. it definetely does not have that 4 cylinder raspy loud poppy noise to it. Wish i had the video of it on the dyno so you could listen but my computer ate it. My only complaint, and its a little one, is that sometimes at a sustained speed (i.e. freeway) it has a low drone. Turn the radio on and forget about it, but i have had the radio off and actually was pressing the volume down button on the steering wheel only to realize it was the exhaust i was trying to quiet down. I'm a dork like that sometimes... However hit the rpms that kick in the vtec action and you'll turn heads. I think mine is awesome! But all in all you have a 6 cyl, so i wouldn't worry too much about the noise you want to avoid, its the 4 cyls i hear that can be really obnoxious.

I'd also suggest the flow masters, they seem to keep it as deep as it will go, but you'll still have some of the high pitch, it's innevitable.
