Default air intake for 88

I have an '88 Accord DX and have been looking for an air intake kit. Nobody seems to makeparts for third generation stuff. Do you know where I could find one? Or am I going to have to give up on finding a nice little kit.

Is your car fuel injected or carbed? If its FI, it should be pretty easy to make your own CAI or SRI. If you have a carb, you might just have to settle for a K&N filter. You're right though, its going to be really tough to find performance parts for an older car like that. Its a long shot, but did you check eBay?

It will help, Im sure. I couldnt tell you what kind of gain to expect, but another bonus is that you wont ever have to buy another filter, just clean that one out.
