Default CAI Install

Just installed my CAI. I was prepared for the whistleing, but when i blip the throttle, it sounds like someone tapping a tin can once. Is that normal? Hear the same noise when i turn the car off.

Also, disconnected the battery, now radio wont work and says there is an error. Hope I didn't screw this up.

Any advice?

Thanks

1st: add a signature
2nd: see if there is a reset button on your head unit. this happened to my sister on a JVC receiver.
3rd: wiggle the intake to see if it's hitting somewhere. This is most likely your problem.

When you disconnect the battery, the radio willreset and lock it. If you look in your glove department, you shouldfind a paper with a code written on it. It's a 5-digit code(1~6). If you don't have it, callthe dealership and they will give you a code.
