cold air intake or short ram?

I have a 2006 EXV6 Honda Accord. I was wondering what type of intake would be better, and if so what brand?

I know you're new to the forum, but if you do a search, you'll find numerous threads about this. I went with an sri because I didn't want to deal with the cai.
