Default exhaust advice

i was curious if anyone has ran dual exhaust on their 1994-97 accord...
did you just split it from the cat? or did you split it just out of the header then put two cats...
would it get better flow with it split just off the header then two cats or keep the one cat?
i dont think it would make much of a difference would it?

and i was also curious if anyone has ran dual HKS mufflers...
any advice... please

thanks beforehand

I would guess that running dual cats would be the better approach because your cat is a 'choke' point of sorts and will slow the flow of exhaust prior to the mufflers but if you had dual cats they could both handle it better/more effeciently.... but this is just a guess I have no personal experience with it and I could be wrong...

thats a negitive... get a SINGLE high flow cat... dual cats take atleast a v-6 u have to be able to get those cats up to 1400 degrees for them to start working... u actualy DONT need to split ur exaust... but if u do... run SMALL tube... 1-1.5 inch tube off of a 4 banger... u need to keep it small and keep it hot... think of it this way... if ur running a 4 inch pipe out of a 4 banger the engine has to fill all that pipe before it gets out... so yeh anyway... if i can help u with anything else just ask o yeh and cats make back pressure and that makes torque
