Exhaust/Intake + Warranty question

Exhaust/Intake + Warranty question
Hey guys. I'm planning on getting a Magnaflow Catback exhaust with a K&N Typhoon short ram and was wondering if either of those parts will void the warranty on mt '11 V6 Coupe.
It's a lease and I will keep the original parts and replace them if I choose not to buy out the car.
However, I've also heard that manufacturers are not allowed to void the warranty unless it was proven that the part caused the failure.
Can anyone clarify? I'll probably end up emailing Honda USA to find out too.
I'd think that Honda is good with aftermarket parts considering their ownership base.
TIA!

Still, it has to be somehow related to the warranty problem. Put a muffler on and break one of the exhaust hangers, NOT warranty. They can reasonably claim you broke it.
Put a re-ground camshaft & forged pistons then have an electric window motor fail, that'll probably be OK for warranty.
