well im not trying to argue BUT ITS THE TRUTH....this is not your FORMULAS this is REAL LIFE Now listen IN A J30 ENGINE ok at any range of the RPMs you have bad bottom end torque with NO MODS=A/M Exhaust. ok i have one i know ...this is why no one comes here becuase you are trying to say im wrong when i know whats the truth im not trying to be hateful or argumenative ...i hav a almost 500 whp j 30 and i know it head to toe please ....please...please just understand what im saying..im not trying to discredit you i believe youre smart.but i HAVE this car so i know

So the HP formula isn't real life? Well heck, if you have the car, I guess you know better.

As for my intelligence, I don't claim much; I only ask for people to do their own research.

If you understand a dyno chart, then you'd know that a lower peak HP with a steeper climb can have a more powerful acceleration than an engine with a higher peak value.

100 ft.lb @ 9000 rpm = 171 HP
300 ft.lb @ 2000 rpm = 114 HP

I'd bet my money on the lower HP car in a drag!!!

Nah, he's got a T3/T04E I think. The vacuum was pre-turbo.

Nah, he's got a T3/T04E I think. The vacuum was pre-turbo.
word, i'd still like to see a dyno, I provided mine, lets see yours.

THATS a H22 dyno NOT j30 and thank you falklore i am boosted and no i dont have a dyno sheet i actually just got my l's back today and my car gets out tomorrow bu im not arguing anymore about yo have heard my testimony i have a 6TH GEN and thats what this thread is about so ttake it from experience

The headers were a big part of my last car dropping a full second on 0-60.

This video shows a 7.4 second 60 with a mis-shift from 1-2.

It was a J30 buddy. It was a 6th gen V6.
