I was rear ended in my '00 v6 accord. The guy really bent my exhaust which is factory besides the mufflers which now point down. I'm looking for a cheap option. I'm thinking of just getting a catback exhaust made with 2.25 inch pipe, and a magnaflo muffler. The non chrome type. Basically a single muffler, nothing blingy making it look like a stock I4, but sound pretty good. If this a bad idea? I'm thinking my price range is less than 200. Will it be obnoxiously loud? I no longer care what it looks like, the car is starting to fall apart so I'm looking for the cheapest options to fix it, but i do like sound.

 

Why cheap? Shouldn't the person who hit you pay for it?

2.25-2.5" single exhaust with a resonator and muffler should work without being excessively loud.
