yes it should fit. I have a prelude AEM CAI on my accord. If you are buying it from a friend test fit it to be sure. But I'm 99.9% it will fit

Sorry i meant the intake manifold?

I'm almost 99% sure the port pattern is different ffrom both engines so I don't think they will swap over.

^^yep the port patterns and coolant/egr passages dont even come close. You can however swap an f23 intake manifold on and see gains from that
