Same problem on my former 95 Integra. The A-pipe was bad, & I used that as an excuse to get a header. I didn't really look too hard at discounted stock pipe, so I really can't help you there.
Look at sponsors pages maybe someone has something?

 

I see. I'm not really looking to mod it, but if that is less expensive and as reliable as just fitting it with stock I'd do that.

 

I wouldn't say it was LESS expensive, but it was close. The 95 Integra A-pipe wasn't a flex-bellows, so the cost comparison wasn't the same as it would be for an Accord. But like I said, it was an excuse to get a header.
