I am trying to get the header the last guy put on the car off.... but the bolts are stripped, and i hack sawed through one part and got the exhaust off the no chance the header is coming out.... i sawed at the point where it is right after the oil pan, and i need to get to the oil pan so i can get the pistons out.... its just the header left now but idk how to get it out, any one have any idea how i can get it out? ive been stuck on it for 3 days now and its only making me want to put some explosives in the engine bay.

 

Try heating the bolts/studs up with a torch and (after putting the tourch aside) spray a penetrante oil like rust buster or pb blaster on it. The heat will help the liquid get sucked into the threads and it should come off then.

 

1. Torch the bolts.
2. WD-40/liquidwrench the bolts
