Magnaflow exhaust is more known for domestic vehicles so I have no idea what it would sound like for the accords.... My friend has a flowmaster exhuast on his 97 accord and it's hard to think when it floors it because it's so fricken loud.... the Apexi WS2 seems to be the most favored for accords as far as sound and gains go but with that comes price.... the AEM V2 intake is nice, had one on my civic before I trashed the motor because of a lack of Bypass Valve... It's not easy to hydrolock a motor, you dang near have to completely submerse it in water (aka HUGE puddle) I have driven through hurrican warning type of rains, over passes and plenty of other times with my filter COMPLETELY exposed (no inner fender well skirt) and heard it bog down due to lack of airflow but nothing broke... but you are at a MUCH higher risk with the V2 due to lack of bypass valve compatability....still very unlikely to happen though it is possible...

Yeah, intake will overpower the WS2 no problem at all
