Awesome man i look forward to seeing your post, good luck! I didnt have a splash guard and tried my best to keep it safe but no luck haha drove through 2 rain storms with no problems but wasn't risking the third. Was sad when i rerouted back to the engine bay but i slapped a new exhaust header on and i got an even bigger increase so right now I am very happy (and impressed) with how my car is running and the performance. What stang do you have? year? v6/v8?

Yea take car of that problem. i nearly hydrolocked my car during a rain storm once, not nice got a good scare. It was stumbling and spewing white smoke. Luckily i recognized the symptoms and even had a spare filter.
My stang is a 96 GT (V8) first model with the 4.6L engine. Slightly moded.. CAI, steeda underdrive pulleys, intake spacer, tokhico struts and shocks, RAM HDX clutch(recently deceased, highly recommended where applicable), RAM billet steel flywheel, SR clutch adjuster kit complete set.
I love the car, love driving it around and experimenting with it, safely mind you.
I previously build a cheap HHO booster and got 1 1/2 added mpg before it stopped working.
I plan to build a fully functional set for the accord.
