Default Should I Be Concerned?

I bought this car with an aftermarket intake but I realized today that there seems to be a disconnected hose, was this done intentionally as some sort of breather, or should I find a way to connect this? Anyone super educated with cold air intakes? Thanks

What year/version of Accord?

Yes, you should find a hose & connect it, after first verifying that it's actually open to the intake duct. That is supposed to connect to the steel tube just below it. The factory rubber intake duct would have had a hose connection that lines up better with that steel tube, and just connected with a short hose. The other end of that steel tube should have a hose connecting to the breather on the valve cover.

Since this doesn't line up real nice, that's probably why the previous owner left it disconnected. Or maybe he had some kind of catch-can that he kept for himself when he sold the car?

Just on a hunch... Post a photo that shows the connections at the valve cover. There's 2 connections on the valve cover, one for the steel tube we're talking about and the other for the PCV valve. Just wondering if any of those are missing?

Looks good except for that 1 missing hose from your first photo. Maybe there's enough slack in the other hoses attached, so you can lift the metal tube assembly up a bit for a straight(ish) shot with the missing hose.

The only things I see is a missing plastic holder for the coil wire - fits on top of that empty metal bracket... and maybe a leaky grommet for that valve-cover nut.
