Question 1999 accord Won’t start back up

I have a 1999 Honda Accord I was driving it the other day and it cut off while I was driving and it won’t start back up . It turns over but won’t start . And my dash is not working I’m not sure if it’s the fuel pump or ignition switch can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks

If there is no dash light, then it's got nothing to do with the fuel pump. If headlights, radio and all other items won't work, it could be the ignition or the main relay.
With key in the ignition, wiggle the key slowly to see if you hear any buzzing or notice if the dash turns on.
The main relay usually fails because of heat or cold and typically caused by a solder joint failing. You can try locating the main relay, removing it and see if the PCB shows any signs of a bad joint.

If everything goes dead, it sounds like the ignition switch. The main relay switches power to the fuel pump and to the PCM & some other electronics. But the main relay has nothing to do with other things like the dash illumination or audio or HVAC stuff. So it depends on what you mean by "my dash is not working".
