Hi guys, I have a 2004 accord with some complicated a/c problems. I'll try to explain it clearly. When I turn the a/c on, heat or cold air, doesn't come from the front vents (the center vents and the passenger and drivers side vents). Air only blows from the winshield defroster, feet vents and the top part of the side vents(the side vents are separated in two parts, front part which blows air straight and the top part blows outwards to the windows). Now out of the places that I do get air, the left side (drivers side) only blows cold air. So if I turn on the heat I only get heat from the passenger side defroster and the top part of the side vents.

 

It appears the mode control motor which diverts air to various options is not working. See attached replacement diagram.

Suggest accessing and verifying the motor is not actuating the linkages when vent selection is changed.

Oh I actually looked around earlier and found this part missing. Lol I didn't know there was something there. Do you by any chance have the part number for the motor I am going to try to install it.
