Default 91 Accord EX MT, sell or junk it?

It's a 91 Accord EX 4 Door
5 Speed MT
200000+ Miles

Ok so I stopped using the car back in Aug 2011. bought a 05 Legacy GT, I got a good deal on it. The reason I gave up on the car was because of money and the work I had to put into fixing her up.

Problems:

Clutch Switch doesn't work properly. I have to push it with my fingers for it to function
The AC and Heater don't work.
Oil is leaking from the engine.
I also have some coolant leaking.
P/S needs a flush

Some pros:
Starter replaced back in July 2011
Alternator replaced Summer of 2010
Semi-New tires on all four.
15 In. ASA Rims
Passed emissions test for 2011. Plates expire in July 2012.

Ok I'll post pics of the car but do you guys think I'de be better off junking it or could I sell the car?

I was originally going to swap in a H22 engine before I bought my LGT

I think you could definitely get more for it selling it than junking it. I would list it as is for $800 or so. Scrapping it you will only get $200-300.

Most of those problems could be fixed for pretty cheap with a quick run to the junkyard.

Also always sad to see a car go to the scrap yard.
