Burning smell coming from heating vents

I have a 2009 Honda Accord and recently when I turn on the heat a burning smell is coming from the vents. When I get out the car, I also smell it.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Does it smell like a cooked animal, or roasting chestnuts or Electrical heat smell?
