new member saying wassup and have a trouble shoot question i have a 1991 honda accord ex the cooling fan come on when the cars is stoped and hasnt been driven all day it come on and turn off and then after a while it turns on again this goes on till the battery is drained if any one reads this that had the same problem some help would really be appreciated

 

i know that it is supposed to turn on for 15 after being run. But to drain the battery is mad. All i can think of is that a sensor of some sort has gone bad. My mom has a 91 Accord, and i personally have a 92, and i know that the fan is supposed to turn on, but it supposed to only work for 15 minutes then stop, not drain the battery. Best of luck to ya.
