Default Fast Idle adjustment

I search the archives without an answer. Can anyone show me the way to adjust the fast idle cam on my 2004 4cyl accord. It races to 1,900 RPM every morning in 90 degree weather. I can handle 900-1000 RMP but this is too much. Thanks, QuietGiant

There's no fast idle "cam"; those were on carburators.

The 'rotary air control valve' seems to be what 7th-gen cars have instead of the IACV. It's #1 in the picture...

Maybe it's sticking or maybe there's a vacuum leak somewhere. Anywhere.

How many miles? Still got a warranty??
