It indeed has 1 as the start of the VIN and lots of "Made in USA" all over the place as well. Its model name is Honda Accord ViX on the VIN plate. The only thing I don't know is what its spec is trimwise, there is no EX/LX, the only thing it hasn't got is powered seats which also are very plush cloth rather than leatherbut has every other conceivable upgrade including fold flat mirrors, hot and cold A/C, twin mode power steering (whatever that means) reversing sensors so definitely a high standard of equipment Knocks a comparable Beemer or Mercinto the mud lol

The JUMVEA certicate from Japans dept of transport says it has only done 49,000 miles which for a 11 or 12 year old car is fantastic...

It is rather ironic that Honda imports a great amount of cars in from the US and also from up the road here in Swindon for its own market although a lot of the Japanese factories are closing down or have closed here in the UK e.g. the famous Sunderland Nissan & Toyota plants have all but gone up in the north of England.

So it's an Accord ViX. Whatever that means. EX, LX, EX-R, SE,whatever; eventhose trim levels all mean different things in each country.
