Unhappy Help! Can a J30A5 be swapped out for a J30A4

Hello Everyone
I have a 2004 Honda Accord V6 with 142K miles develop a serious oil leak. I had to remove the timing belt covers to trace the source only to discover an oily mess. I traced the leak up to the rear cam seal, so I thought. I cleaned everything up, replaced the cam seal and timing belt components to include a new water pump, my old kit was still under warranty, so I got a new kit. Turned the car on only to find out I failed to align the crankshaft correctly, it slipped one tooth apparently when I set the tensioner. Eyes aren't as good as they used to be. I had to remove everything again and detected a fresh oil leak between the rear cylinder head and the engine block. I know I'll have to pull the engine to do that repair and it is a lot of work. I have a J30A5 engine that I came across over a year ago with 30K miles and purchased it at a great price. I have been searching through this forum, you tube, and the internet to see if the engines can be swapped out without any issues. I know they are compatible, but not sure if they can be swapped seamlessly, basically just swap engines without mods. I couldn't find any answers here. The only thing I found online, and it was vague, is that an J30A5 has an additional electrical connector for the thermostat but couldn't find any details. Does anyone know what changes would be required for me to swap out the engines? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. This is my daughter's car, and she obviously can't afford the repair costs and I'm doing my best to help.
