Newbie here. Please help me find a box or a guide that will help me keep my Accord running good. I would like to know when and what to service. I have 190,000 miles and I would like to keep it till if quits. Any help would be great.

You need to get a maint manual from some where's like helms dot com..They usually have the most up to date ones.

If you didn't got one with the car, try signing up on Honda's website and I'm pretty sure you can download one for free.
