I have a 2000 Accord. Occasionally auto makers make special service announcements. These are similar to a recall notice, except they are more along the lines of a free replacement for a part that is known to be defective but not a safety issue, such as a bad spark plug wire.

Does the HAF provide this kind of information? Which forum is appropriate for related questions/posts?
