Default I need your help!!

I have a 09 Honda Accord 2.4l sedan and need help figuring out what's wrong with my car. It sat 6 months on E at the body shop waiting for a hood and windshield to be relapsed. I also had to have the starter replaced. I pick my car up from the body shop and when I took off it hesitated to pick up speed. It was cutting back and I couldn't go past 3000 rpms. It was very slow picking up speed. The fastest I could get was 40 mph. I end up breaking down and have been the last 6 weeks after waiting 7 months to get my car back. I need my car but now it won't crank at all. Against my better judgement I let a backyard WANNABE mechanic touch my car and he took everything apart. He took out my fuel pump and disassembled it and clean the fuel filter out. He had my air filter under the hood off and my map air flow sensor unplugged and the whole time he's "working" on my car he never disconnected the battery. Instead he had a jumpbox connected to the battery because my battery has been dying super fast. Like u can have the driver door open 45 mins and that be the only lights on but my battery would die.I bought the battery last year because something was killing my battery before my car even got put in the shop. I had to have a new starter because my ex attempted to jump it with his motorcycle battery. Smh. It costed me $300 for his mess up. Anyways something is killing my battery and now my car won't crank at all. Thinking the fuel pump needs to be replaced but it's over $200 and unfortunately I don't have that right now to spend. Being my car is not working I can not get to work to make money. Im going through a separation after 11years. I have checked all the fuses, new spark plugs and a crankshaft position sensor. All that I've done in the past 3 weeks and the car still won't crank. I'm not sure if the fuel pump is pumping out hard enough. I figured since it sat on E for so long it would kinda make sense that it be the fuel pump. What do you think? Any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
Oh my check engine light was on before but now it blinks. The TMPS light is on as well. I've checked the tire pressure and they would be perfect but the light is still on.
