Yes Legal, they will not only fit your car,but they will look super with any green orwhite finish car.

Only thing left is for you to buy them and then buy some tires locally in your area..
The rims are 17" x 7", the ET is 42mm and the bolt hole is 4 x 114.3..that is your size.
The tires you should purchase for those rims would be 215/40/17...

Finch13...as low as he is buying these rims for , he can afford to put the correct size tires on his 95 Honda Accord and not try to substitute something not as RIGHT as what the WheelBrokerAng has told him [sm=exactly.gif].

I have 205/40R17 on my 17s. They fit just fine. There really isn't a correct size, 205 is a tad too small and 215 is a tad too big. Not trying to disrespect the Wheel Master.
