Hello, My name is Eric. I owned a 98 Escort ZX2 for about 8 yrs and still do. I was dumping hundreds even thousands of dollars just in repairs. I finally got the courage to look for another car. While browsing for a reliable car I had three cars in mind, Nissan Maxima, Honda Accord, or another import. I came across this beauty about 3 hrs into my shopping and loved it. I have always like the styling of the 98-02 accord coupe and disappointed to get the 4 cyl model, but it was loaded (EX) with leather and sunroof and alloy wheels. This car has alot of miles (230,000) when I bought it, but was very well taken care of, both cosmetically and mechanically, and has had all the scheduled maintenance done at the dealership. So asking price was 3,500 but I got that reduced down to 2,700 cash. The car runs very smooth, and has awesome acceleration at all speeds, I was impressed to say the least. My car is a 1998 Honda Accord EX with a 2.3L VTEC engine mated to a 5 speed manual. Interior is beige leather with wood grain trim. My sound system needed an upgrade so I installed an Alpine headunit, Alpine 11 band EQ, Pioneer 600 watt amp for mids and highs powering all the Polk-Momo speakers in the interior and a Hifonics 1600 watt powering 2 Alpine Type R 12 inch subwoofers.
