My first Honda Accord

Hi Everyone,
I just bought my first Honda Accord. It's an 04 2.0L K20 with 80 000km.
Thus far I've changed the oil and filter, cleaned the air filter and changed the tyres.
So far I'm liking it and my wife loves it. She didn't really like the Subaru Legacy.
Are there any issues with these vehicles? Is there anything I need to look out for?
Thanks,
Sweeks

The only thing to keep in mind with honda's is that if you have the 4 cyl it's a timing belt and that needs to be changed somewhere around the area of 100k miles. No known issues that I can think of on the 04, welcome to the forum!
The K-series engine(beginning in 2003)has a chain. There is no timing belt.
There's a cabin-air filter behind the glovebox in USA cars, maybe you have one too? Don't forget to change that; it can get pretty ugly & smelly.

yeah, change the cabin filter, it can get really gross.
check the links in my sig for more info.
if you want a lil more high-end torque, check out intakes and exhaust systems (i noticed more with my exhaust than my intake personally)

Thanks for the warm welcome. Really appreciate it.
I did notice that the owner's manual didn't say anything about the timing belt for the 4 cylinder engine. It made mention of changing the timing belt w.r.t. the 6 cylinder engine. So yes, I don't believe the timing belt is an issue for the 04 Accords.
Anyway.... I'm from Trinidad (in the Caribbean) and most of our Hondas come from Japan. Our engines as compared to the US as slightly smaller (2.0L as compared to the US 2.4L) but the HP ratings are more or less the same.
Seeing that the engines are different, would the transmission be the same for both vehicles or would there be variances?
