so im new to Hondas I have been in love with them since I was a little kid now in my 30s I have purchased a 99 Honda accord ex v6 manual transmission love the car has 200,000 miles on it but id like to turn it into my rebuild car kinda would like to redo the engine transmission shocks don't want to lower it but would like to have all performance parts in it what I really need is some guidance on where to go to look for parts I know theres ebay and nopi but im looking more for a web page that's for Honda parts only any advice on where to start and where to look would be great thanks in advance for the help

 

also some general education on what and how to figure out like what the f numbers are anything and everything I can learn basicly I have no clue what Im doing just know that I want to do it and need help lol

99 v6 manual? The 98-02 v6s were never offered in manual, so if that is correct it had to be swapped at some point

 

epic fail my bad lol it automatic sorry about that it was kinda late when I posted this but the trans slips in to second so that needs to be replaced asap and not really needing help more just education really so where would I post for that type of info new to this thread stuff sorry im a newbie all the way around lol

 

Post it in the general tech help or the engine & internal.

The 98-02 automatics are notoriously bad.
