Hi,
we just picked up a '09 Accord Ex. This is for my inlaws, but I the person who will need to care for this car. I'll be the one doing all the maintenance on the car and when necessary taking it in to the dealer. I'm hoping to share my little bit of knowledge and pick up what others share.

It'll be under warranty for awhile, so you're good for major repairs. So are the in-laws looking for 22" chrome spinner-wheels or neon lights under the dashboard, or any of that fun stuff?

22" inch wheels with spinners and neon? No, not yet. I might go for something to up the power a bit, but nothing that is all flash and no go. I really just want to keep up on any recalls and when it comes time to do the service, be ready. In the next month or so I will probably pick up the FSM. Between the FSM and the help of others, I should be able to tackle most things the car will need for the foreseeable future.

 

Hey Angelo, did you trade your Lincoln on that Smart ragtop there? Bet that one would look -um- INTERESTING with 22" spinners.

Adr5, when you start asking real questions over in General Tech, don't forget to say if it's V-6, 4-cyl, auto or manual tranny, stuff like that.
