Default OEM or Aftermarket?

So I have had my 2003 Honda Accord EX for about 1 1/2 years and while it's been great mechanically, the paint (clear coat) is wearing. Along with that, my boyfriend decided to run into my drivers side fender with his truck. So now I am stuck. I am looking online at various places trying to find a reasonable price for a fender and inner fender liner but I don't know if cheap is a good way to go? Any recommendations on a place that would sell quality parts, or should I go directly through Honda? Since the paint is horrible I am just going to install it right before I put her in the body shop, so I am not really worried about the color of the fender.

I have had good luck with replacement fenders from ebay, never on a Honda however.

I do not see the need for an OEM fender which will cost much more.
