I have a 1998 Honda Accord 2 DR. EXL. Recently I noticed when driving when you take your foot off accelerator the speedomter and tach will drop to zero and back to the speed I am driving. At times the radio will also cut out and come back on. Their is no loss of power. Please help.

 

do you have any CEL's on the dash? Does your cruise control work normally? My first instinct is that you have a bad ground wire somewhere but that may or may not be true.... Did this just happen suddenly one day?
