Default Stalls when braking

I have a 1988 accord LX ,2BBL automatic-The main problem right now is that it stalls when I'm coming to a stop. As soon as hit the brake the rpm's drop then it stalls. other than that it runs fine. I have chk'd plugs, wires, vaccum lines(that i could see).
Any suggestions?

plugged cat. Stomp the gas for like 6 seconds so the vacuum builds up then hit the brakes hard 3 times and if ti goes to the floor it is the car it could do that so try that
