I'm thinking of getting a 2011 Accord, but I'm concerned that the car will be completely redone for the 2012 model, such that I'll only get to enjoy a few months of that "I have the latest model" feeling.

Do you guys know what they plan to update in the 2012 model?

 

I'm pretty sure they plan to completely redesign in 2013. Its been in the past where it's 3 years, then a refresh, then 2 years, then redesign. The 6th generation was 1998-2000 the same, then minor refresh, then 2001-02. The 7th generation was 2003-05 the same, then minor refresh, then 2006-07. So I'm assuming 8th gen will be the same. 2008-10 the same, minor refresh in 2011 (which happened) then the same for 2012 and redesign in 2013.
