Default F22 or H22

I have 97 Accord F22B2. I'm going to buy a T3/T4 ebay turbo for $600 or so... would I be better off hp gain wise buying and swapping an H22 now and turbo'n it or will the gains be very minuscule and go ahead and turbo the F22?

And I wanna hit about 300hp. I have an auto tranny so I can't boost too much. I guess I could get hondata to change my shift points to make it safer, but what would be the least complicated way to reach that 300 hp? Turbo F22 or Turbo H22(or will this be overkill?)?

H22s are not good for turbo, it might make 300hp but wouldn't last very long.

I doubt a stock F22 can handle enough boost to make 300hp for long/at all.

300HP is A LOT of horsepower. I'd say just boost the F22 so you make 200ish to the wheels. That will make it faster than a lot of things on the street.

Its not feasible to get a complete turbo setup for $600

Hondata doesnt work with automatics.
