Do you think that's to the wheels or at the crank?
What in the world are you talking about?

Crankshaft? I don't think a better breathing car will affect my wheels, but still, the crankshaft ultimately leads to the wheels, so I guess both?

Nevermind...

There's two ways to measure HP..at the wheels...and at the flywheel or crankshaft. You could say your car makes 250hp at the crank but b/c of drivetrain loss it might only see..210hp at the wheels. Get my drift? There's formulas out there to accurately figure it out but that's my ****ty little example.

Dang KevinAccord, they are completely off topic in this thread. Let's get back on the original topic. Does anyone recommend a H22 head swap onto a F23A1 engine. I am curious because I have the same engine.

Anyone know where to find a good price for the H22 head besides eBay? Would changing the head require changing the trany as well?

110 at the wheels. You don't need to change the tranny for a head swap. There's nothing wrong with putting the H22 head on the F23, really opens some options.
